What you will do

• Define and execute product roadmap balancing strategic vision and business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in creator economy.
• Design onboarding, retention, and viral growth strategies to maximize user adoption and lifetime value.
• Shape monetization strategies and unit economics for sustainable profitability.
• Lead cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver product solutions.
• Use data insights to prioritize features, assess performance, and guide decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally B2C digital products like mobile apps, marketplaces, or creator tools.
• Proven track record with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and conversion funnel optimization.
• Strong understanding of creator economy, influencer workflows, and user pain points.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing user behavior for actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication to align teams on product goals.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one remote environments.
• Fluent English; international remote team experience.
