TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Social Discovery): Leading product strategy and execution for a high-scale social platform with an accent on user engagement, recommendation quality, and safety. Focus on leveraging data and machine learning to build meaningful connections for millions of Gen Z users.

Location: Hybrid role requiring 2 days at the office per month in France (Paris, Valbonne, or Villeneuve-d'Ascq).

What you will do

  • Define and execute product strategy for a dedicated squad to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Own the squad roadmap and prioritize high-impact opportunities for users and the business.
  • Lead discovery and experimentation processes using data, user insights, and market signals.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Machine Learning, and Safety teams to deliver features.
  • Manage product initiatives end-to-end from problem framing to post-release analysis.
  • Balance user experience, technical constraints, and long-term platform health.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Proven experience with consumer, social, mobile, gaming, or subscription products.
  • Strong background in product strategy and roadmap ownership.
  • Ability to define success metrics and evaluate performance through data.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Data, Machine Learning, and Engineering teams.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model with 2 days per month in a French office.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI tooling and integration.
  • Background in scaling monetization or safety-focused product features.
