Location: Hybrid role requiring 2 days at the office per month in France (Paris, Valbonne, or Villeneuve-d'Ascq).

What you will do
- Define and execute product strategy for a dedicated squad to drive measurable outcomes.
- Own the squad roadmap and prioritize high-impact opportunities for users and the business.
- Lead discovery and experimentation processes using data, user insights, and market signals.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Machine Learning, and Safety teams to deliver features.
- Manage product initiatives end-to-end from problem framing to post-release analysis.
- Balance user experience, technical constraints, and long-term platform health.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Proven experience with consumer, social, mobile, gaming, or subscription products.
- Strong background in product strategy and roadmap ownership.
- Ability to define success metrics and evaluate performance through data.
- Experience collaborating closely with Data, Machine Learning, and Engineering teams.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model with 2 days per month in a French office.

- Experience with AI tooling and integration.
- Background in scaling monetization or safety-focused product features.
