Principal Product Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: $240K–$280K plus equity

What you will do

• Define and drive product roadmaps for new and existing insurance products.
• Partner with customers, sales, and implementation teams to identify needs and turn insights into product strategies.
• Work with engineering and design to launch innovative, scalable, and user-friendly features.
• Use analytics and user feedback to measure outcomes and guide continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, and engineering leaders on product and company direction.

• Ability to define product vision while executing with precision.
• Strong analytical skills and data fluency.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical understanding of modern technology stacks or systems.
• Strong focus on product quality and customer value.
