What you will do

• Review and optimize current piping circuits to eliminate redundancies and ensure efficiency and code compliance.
• Map unmapped piping systems and develop new inspection protocols from scratch.
• Analyze PCMS data to identify trends like corrosion or thinning, ensuring data accuracy.
• Prioritize overdue piping repairs based on risk, remaining life, and criticality, collaborating with engineering and operations.
• Conduct field visual inspections and non-destructive examinations (NDE) to verify piping condition.

Requirements

• Experience in piping inspection and mechanical integrity management.
• Proficiency with Plant Condition Management Software (PCMS) for data analysis.
• Knowledge of piping circuits, corrosion mechanisms, and risk assessment.
• Ability to perform field inspections and NDE.
