TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Managing strategic accounts to optimize usage of the PitchBook platform with an accent on client retention and expansion. Focus on conducting formal business reviews, onboarding new clients, and analyzing usage data to drive product adoption.
Location: Onsite in Singapore (5 days a week). Must be authorized to work in Japan without visa sponsorship.

What you will do
- Achieve quarterly retention and expansion goals while providing high-level support to a dedicated portfolio of clients.
- Act as a product expert to ensure clients derive maximum value from the PitchBook platform.
- Onboard new clients, identify their business goals, and conduct tailored training sessions.
- Perform formal business reviews to measure renewal probability and client satisfaction.
- Analyze customer health and usage data using Tableau and Catalyst to identify adoption trends.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to strategize on account growth and retention.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Singapore and work onsite 5 days a week.
- Language: Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Japan without visa sponsorship.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
