Procurement Analyst

What you will do

• Perform initial supplier onboarding, including the collection and review of required documentation and Certificates of Insurance.
• Screen government sanctions lists, including performing TIN and OFAC checks.
• Facilitate communication between suppliers and property or facility managers to streamline onboarding.
• Manage support email boxes and resolve inbound cases from Salesforce users with urgency.
• Analyze requests and data using problem-solving tactics to determine and resolve root causes of system issues.
• Participate in occasional weekend and holiday on-call rotation coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in business operations analysis, ideally within procurement.
• Prior experience with vendor management and vendor due diligence.
• Knowledge of Salesforce features and functionalities to effectively address customer concerns.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
