What you will do
- Identify market opportunities, set revenue targets, and execute account/territory plans in collaboration with local leadership.
- Build relationships with AWS teams, partners, and end-customers to promote services and consulting capabilities.
- Drive market expansion by targeting new segments, developing GTM strategies, and differentiating offerings.
- Own complex sales engagements including RFPs, proposals, and presentations; hunt for new business and meet revenue goals.
- Maintain sales pipeline, report on accounts, and position key AWS programs like OLA, MAP, and WAFR.
- Stay updated on AWS portfolio, technologies, and collaborate with internal teams and SMEs.
Requirements
- 2+ years in Professional/Managed Services sales role with proven track record in acquiring new relationships.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services including OLA, MAP, WAFR, compute (EC2, containers), monitoring (CloudWatch), CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), containers (Kubernetes), GenAI/ML, and migrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in local language and English.
- Experienced, influential, assertive, diplomatic; able to network and handle complex problems.
- Flexible, willing to travel and go the extra mile.
Nice to have
- Cloud computing sales or business development experience.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Associate Certification.
