What you will do

• Lead full lifecycle of technology programs including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and business units.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups.
• Hold teams accountable for milestones and deliverables to drive results.
• Coordinate resources and track progress using MS Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years equivalent experience in Project/Program Management or Business Administration.
• 2+ years hands-on technology Program/Project Management experience.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication, organizational skills, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Expert-level Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PPT, Excel) and project management software.

Nice to have

• Experience leading Cybersecurity projects or managing large-scale budgets.
• Proven track record managing global teams across multiple time zones.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or CSM.
• Advanced data visualization skills for non-technical audiences.
