What you will do

• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with construction and electrical standards on-site.
• Build strong relationships with project teams and communicate safety protocols effectively.
• Work independently, spending most time standing/walking on construction sites with occasional office work.
• Identify and mitigate hazards in electrical construction environments.

Requirements

• 3-5 years construction safety experience (electrical safety preferred)
• HS Diploma or GED
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification
• Willingness to obtain BCSP CHST Certification or higher within 12 months
• Strong communication skills and self-sufficiency

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in EHS, Construction Management, or Engineering
• Other Safety Certifications
