What you will do

• Ensure compliance with construction and electrical safety standards on project sites.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Train and communicate safety protocols to teams and stakeholders.
• Build relationships and work independently on-site.
• Stand, walk, and occasionally work in office environments.

Requirements

• 3-5 years construction safety experience (electrical preferred)
• OSHA 30 Construction Certification
• HS Diploma or GED
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-sufficient for independent work
• Willing to obtain BCSP CHST or higher within 12 months

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree in EHS, Construction Management, or Engineering
• Other Safety Certifications
