What you will do

• Support the end-to-end implementation process, following established technical workflows.
• Act as a technical customer-facing expert to gather requirements and define configuration strategies.
• Develop and document test scenarios for configurations to support QA processes.
• Collaborate with configuration, training, and product teams to align on roadmap and new developments.
• Provide SME support for hirify.global products, focusing on configuration and integration capabilities.
• Generate professional services documentation and occasionally conduct customer training.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in large transformation programs, ideally utilizing agile methodology.
• Proven experience in technical requirements gathering or business analysis.
• Domain expertise in Automotive or Insurance markets.
• Proficiency with API tools including Postman, JSON, SOAP, OAuth, XML, and CSS.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with Macros.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
