What you will do

• Own the global program roadmap, ensuring alignment of timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across D2C initiatives
• Build and maintain integrated project plans using tools like Airtable or JIRA across multiple teams
• Drive execution of concurrent initiatives on time, within scope, and budget while identifying and resolving risks
• Manage agendas and deliver status updates for key forums including exec reviews
• Coordinate with payments partners, vendors, and platform teams on deliverables and rollouts
• Implement and improve program management processes, tools, and reporting

Requirements

• 7+ years in program management, operations, or product delivery in complex cross-functional environments
• Proven track record managing large-scale multi-stakeholder programs across global teams
• Experience in D2C, payments, e-commerce, or platform ecosystems (gaming a strong plus)
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystems
• Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills for executive reporting
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

• Experience with webstores, digital commerce, or subscription systems
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like JIRA, Asana, Airtable
• Managing third-party vendors and partnerships
• Background in gaming, marketplaces, or consumer tech
