TL;DR
Business Development Executive ( Platform): Close new business opportunities provided by Inside Sales or through independent prospecting, managing clients through the full sales cycle with an accent on product demonstrations, needs analysis, and deal closing. Focus on building and managing a sales pipeline, networking with private equity and venture capital clients, and ensuring consistent follow-up and communication.
Location: Onsite in Singapore 5 days a week. Must be authorized to work in Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals by closing new business opportunities.
- Build and manage a pipeline of up to 100 high-quality opportunities across client types.
- Work closely with Inside Sales to understand and pursue potential new clients.
- Independently prospect opportunities, build referral networks, and perform product demonstrations.
- Act as a consultant to analyze client needs, conduct discovery sessions, and guide through sales processes.
- Follow up on inquiries using Outreach and collaborate with client development teams for smooth handoffs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of successful outside sales and business development experience, ideally with technology products.
- Experience managing opportunities in Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to close deals.
- Interest in financial markets, particularly private equity and venture capital.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with excellent communication and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ability to learn new systems quickly.
