What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technology projects, ensuring release readiness through QA and testing governance.
• Establish and mature project management frameworks for consistency and speed.
• Oversee architecture, security, infrastructure (cloud, scalability, cost optimization), DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Own security fundamentals, risk assessments, and remediation plans.
• Influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to align stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing technology projects in digital media/publishing.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in QA/Testing governance (UAT, defect lifecycle) and risk management.
• Familiarity with modern cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and security protocols (encryption, vulnerability management).
• Deep understanding of infrastructure, security architecture, and SDLC.
