What you will do

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to gather requirements, analyze user needs, and drive delivery of high-quality web and mobile experiences.
• Analyze user journeys and evaluate subscription lifecycle performance, including funnel optimization and churn drivers.
• Leverage data insights such as conversion metrics and A/B test results to inform product decisions.
• Break down complex problems, prioritize tasks, and translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience breaking down complex problems and prioritizing tasks
• Familiarity with website development concepts, responsive design, and release cycles
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma

Nice to have

• Experience contributing to digital products on web or mobile platforms
• Exposure to connected TV (CTV) or video-first products
