Location: Santa Teresa, NM 88008 (onsite construction job sites)

Salary: $93,600–$104,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Project Safety Roadmap and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support General Foreman and Project Leadership in incident investigations and injury/illness cases.
• Co-facilitate safety trainings and testing for employees.
• Assist in weekly safety meetings and develop project-specific safety plans.
• Engage with field personnel to address safety issues and concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in environmental health/safety, construction management, business, or engineering preferred.
• OSHA 30 Construction required; CPR/FA Certified (Trainer preferred).
• 3+ years construction safety experience (electrical preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Understanding of electrical standards (NFPA, NESC, ASTM, ANSI).
• Experience supporting field personnel.
