What you will do

• Manage full lifecycle of technology programs, including design, development, testing, and global deployment.
• Build relationships with internal partners and executives to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor project health, manage budgets, and hold teams accountable for deadlines.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, developing solutions to keep programs on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or 4 years equivalent experience) in Project Management, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in end-to-end technology Program/Project Management.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience managing global teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Microsoft 365.
• Active PMP, PgMP, or CSM certifications.
• Strong data visualization skills for non-technical audiences.
