What you will do

• Develop weekly and daily production schedules to optimize labor and minimize conversion costs.
• Manage raw material procurement and finished goods inventory to optimize working capital.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings and serve as an active member of the Plant Steering Team.
• Act as the 24/7 point of contact for unplanned downtime and production adjustments.
• Track and communicate performance metrics regarding actual versus scheduled production.
• Coordinate with QA and R&D departments to support new product launches.
