What you will do

• Support onboarding of new MCM clients by coordinating with internal teams for smooth launches.
• Manage Korean client portfolio, monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide recommendations.
• Handle daily client operations including troubleshooting, inquiries, and high service standards.
• Build internal enablement materials like onboarding guides, playbooks, and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Assist in client training, performance reviews, strategic decisions, and C-level presentations.
• Analyze campaign data to optimize ad spend and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Korean and English is required.
• 3–5 years in digital advertising, eCommerce, ad tech, or client-facing roles; retail media or mobile internet preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to draw insights from data and make recommendations.
• Excellent communication to build client relationships.
• Structured problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
• Collaborative style with multiple stakeholders; high ownership and passion for client success.
