What you will do

• Analyze school system data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Build Excel-based scorecards and tracking tools for performance monitoring
• Design low-code solutions with Power Platform and Power Automate for data collection and workflows
• Create forms, surveys, and automated processes to streamline reporting
• Review federal/state reporting requirements and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tools are user-friendly and aligned with needs

Requirements

• 8+ years in Data Analytics and Data Storytelling
• 8+ years with low-code platforms
• 5+ years advanced Excel
• 3+ years Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards)
• Strong communication skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience with Qualtrics
• Experience with Smartsheet
• Prior work with state agencies, public sector, or education systems
