What you will do

• Analyze large, complex workforce datasets to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights.
• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for workforce planning.
• Develop AI-powered agent workflows using Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform.
• Build and optimize data models, relationships, and DAX measures.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and Technology teams to streamline reporting processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Charlotte, NC
• Strong experience in workforce management or business analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Automate.
• Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and data models.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions and Microsoft Copilot.
• Expert-level PowerPoint skills with executive storytelling capability.
