What you will do

• Provide hands-on support for production-critical devices like PCs, industrial cameras, and scanners (50% of time).
• Manage IT delivery and relationships as primary escalation point, resolving conflicts and ensuring user satisfaction (50% of time).
• Perform maintenance and upgrades during plant shutdowns, including weekends, holidays, and after-hours.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues independently.
• Use JIRA and Agile methodologies to track workflows and project statuses.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in hardware/software platforms, comfortable working at heights in industrial environments.
• Exceptional conflict resolution and interpersonal skills for high-pressure de-escalations.
