What you will do

  • Drive pipeline by prospecting via email, social media, cold-calling, events, and qualifying inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Architects, and Partners to identify needs and deliver solutions.
  • Apply solution-selling and MEDDIC to understand pain points, quantify impact, and position hirify.global value.
  • Own sales process from engagement to close, including deal negotiation and ACV/TCV forecasting.
  • Evangelize hirify.global brand and foster high-performance team culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales at SaaS/PaaS or Big Data companies, ideally startups.
  • Self-starter with resilience in fast-paced environments.
  • Enthusiasm for open-source and AI/ML technologies.
  • Results-driven with pursuit of excellence.
  • High emotional intelligence, humility, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in Chinese and Korean
