What you will do
- Drive pipeline by prospecting via email, social media, cold-calling, events, and qualifying inbound leads.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Architects, and Partners to identify needs and deliver solutions.
- Apply solution-selling and MEDDIC to understand pain points, quantify impact, and position value.
- Own sales process from engagement to close, including deal negotiation and ACV/TCV forecasting.
- Evangelize brand and foster high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales at SaaS/PaaS or Big Data companies, ideally startups.
- Self-starter with resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Enthusiasm for open-source and AI/ML technologies.
- Results-driven with pursuit of excellence.
- High emotional intelligence, humility, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Chinese and Korean
