What you will do

• Support lite onboarding and implementation, guiding foundational setup and best practices.
• Monitor seat utilization, adoption trends, and stakeholder engagement; build simple adoption plans and account reviews.
• Identify risks early, create recovery plans, and escalate complex issues.
• Conduct templatized intake-execution-reporting cycles and discovery sessions for workflow mapping.
• Drive hirify.global AI adoption, deploy simple Agents, and provide training on AI and automation.
• Discover upsell opportunities via playbooks and partner with sales for expansion.

Requirements

• Proficient understanding of hirify.global platform, automation logic, and AI Agent functionality.
• Able to translate business needs into simple solutions.
• Familiar with generative AI concepts and automation frameworks.
• Proficient in workflow analysis, process design, and structured discovery.
• Comfortable using dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI.
• Works cross-functionally and escalates appropriately.
