What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-year IT initiatives across teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end delivery including scope, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
• Translate business strategy into product backlogs and delivery plans.
• Partner with leaders to define product vision and ensure measurable business value.
• Prioritize features, balance short- and long-term goals, and maintain scalable roadmaps.
• Drive modernization like cloud migrations, system consolidations, and data platforms.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT program/product management or leadership roles.
• Proven large-scale IT transformations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong Agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices.
• Hands-on cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM).
• Change management, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to lead matrix teams, vendors, and organizational change.
