What you will do
- Own product execution for a defined product area, articulating direction and aligning cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand customer segments, validate solutions, and build scalable products.
- Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer impact, business goals, and market dynamics.
- Partner with engineering to ensure well-defined stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
- Manage agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
- Drive release planning, documentation, communication, adoption, iteration, and change management for product initiatives; define and track success metrics.
Requirements
- 1–3 years total experience; product management experience is a plus but not required.
- Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Experience leading cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives and sprint teams (design, engineering, QA).
- Experience with product lifecycle activities including discovery, strategic visioning, and delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence across organizational levels.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence (or similar).
