What you will do

• Meet strategic customers to understand audio/voice AI needs and pain points.
• Identify use cases and implement voice/audio AI into customer solutions with engineers.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for seamless technology fit.
• Guide customers on best practices for AI model implementation.
• Present results and proposals to technical teams and executives.
• Collaborate with Research/Product teams to incorporate field insights.
• Build and deliver compelling AI technology demos.
• Scope applications in new industries and take ownership of major projects.

Requirements

• Experience working with customers in a technical capacity (student clubs or side projects ok).
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration for scripting/prototyping.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for summarizing complex concepts.
• Proven track record of owning complex projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability across customer environments and use cases.
• Technical aptitude for voice/audio AI models and applications.
