What you will do

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable models using AI agents and advanced logic.
• Design and deploy custom AI agents tailored to specific customer workflows and decision-making processes.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to act as a trusted advisor and drive platform adoption.
• Develop prototypes and experimental AI use cases to address emerging customer needs.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Define repeatable patterns and frameworks for AI deployments across the customer base.

Requirements

• Engineering or computer science degree from a top-tier institution.
• 2–5 years of experience in a technical, client-facing, or implementation role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, business logic design, or applied AI/ML workflows.
• Proficiency in formulas, structured modeling, and programming (Python or SQL).
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and system integration concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Background in FP&A, financial modeling, or business planning workflows.
• Prior experience with hirify.global or similar planning platforms.
• Fluency in additional European languages.
