What you will do

• Develop and implement data analyses, collection systems, and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Interpret data, perform statistical analysis, and create ongoing reports and visualizations.
• Apply data mining techniques to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize needs and define new process improvement opportunities.
• Clean and filter data, review reports to correct issues, and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience with data models, database design/development, and data mining/segmentation techniques.
• Strong knowledge of reporting packages (e.g., SSRS, Tableau) and databases (e.g., SQL).
• Experience with programming languages such as XML or JavaScript, and ETL frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information accurately.
• Expertise in writing queries, drafting reports, and presenting complex data clearly.

Nice to have

• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
• Experience in data scrubbing and predictive modeling.
