What you will do

• Audit engineering submissions as final gatekeeper to enforce documentation standards and best practices.
• Manage mapping of complex telecom assets, develop CI views, policies, and reporting for data synchronization.
• Interpret technical drawings, create precise connection paths, and consult with engineers and architects.
• Provide troubleshooting for circuit updates, clearance impacts, and advise on configuration management.
• Conduct system health checks, production support, and discovery/reconciliation with IT Product teams.
• Lead training sessions for drafters, technicians, and junior engineers on network design standards.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred).
• CompTIA Network+ certification required.
• 4+ years in NOC or IT Network/Telecom Operations; 1+ year with OSS discovery/modeling.
• Ability to read/interpret complex telecom drawings and digital designs.
• Understanding of ITIL Discovery in configuration management; familiarity with SNMP, SSH, SQL, Linux/Windows.
• Experience in Utility or NERC-regulated environment advantageous.
