IT Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid, with 24 hours per week in the office. External candidates must reside within 30 miles of an office in Centennial, Colorado; Lincoln, Nebraska; or Madison, Wisconsin. Internal associates working remotely may be considered.

Salary: $70,000–$110,000 annual compensation, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Act as a cross-functional liaison across DevOps, data, and security/compliance teams.
• Define and document requirements, objectives, success metrics, user stories, use cases, and system updates.
• Analyze existing processes and translate business needs into actionable solutions and technical specifications.
• Partner with stakeholders to refine backlogs, prioritize work, and support story creation.
• Develop system and business-rule knowledge to support project delivery and operational activities.
• Resolve support issues and drive process, product, and delivery improvements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Operational Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and technical workflow or reporting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with diagramming tools such as Lucidchart or Visio.
• Experience with test management platforms.
