Business Systems Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise systems projects from requirements gathering and design through implementation, go-live, and support.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional alignment.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Analyze and optimize business processes across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with engineering and data teams on integrations, data flows, APIs, and process automation.
• Support UAT, training, go-live readiness, change management, user adoption, and post-launch improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems, IT Business Analysis, or Systems Implementation.
• Experience leading enterprise system implementation projects from end to end.
• Strong project management, requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs at a conceptual level, and technical system enhancements.
• Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP ERP, or enterprise BPM.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or supply-chain-driven environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience with external vendors or system integrators, plus basic SQL, reporting, or BI knowledge.
• PMP or Scrum certification.
