Business Systems Analyst (Supply Chain & Distribution)

Salary: $116,000–$145,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders, the Product Manager, and Development Team to improve operational systems and processes.
• Drive technology projects from requirements gathering through implementation and monitor their effectiveness.
• Define and document business processes, procedures, data flows, and system configurations.
• Serve as the systems expert for Order Management, Warehouse Management, integrated third-party systems, and BI solutions.
• Lead continuous enhancements for Distribution Operations and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve business and systems issues.
• Provide end-user training and manage systems testing, stakeholder communication, and solution adoption.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience delivering large-scale technology projects or programs in Supply Chain Operations.
• Experience implementing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems, preferably HighJump/Korber.
• Experience with Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Shipping, and Inventory functions.
• Knowledge of Bill of Material, Manufacturing, Procurement, Forecasting and Planning, and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with SQL and database tables, including the ability to write basic queries.
• Strong project management, business process design, facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
