Business Systems Analyst, Commercial Systems Support

What you will do

• Provide administration, operational support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for Commercial application product lines.
• Define, measure, analyze, improve, and control business processes across commercial functions.
• Gather and align business and system requirements with stakeholders, Product Owners, Product Teams, and technology delivery groups.
• Develop system alternatives, enhancements, business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI recommendations.
• Coordinate test case development, execution, user feedback, and technology delivery strategy.
• Plan and document user stories, prototypes, and wireframes while supporting incident, change, problem, and SDLC practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting Commercial applications such as RightAngle, ETRM platforms, Sales Data Flows, Market Pricing and Rates solutions, or similar commercial systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder relationship, and business analysis skills.
• Knowledge of requirements management, business process modeling and redesign, change management, incident management, QA, Agile methodologies, and SDLC practices.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals and their application to relevant business use cases.
