What you will do

• Execute hirify.global's global AI and privacy compliance programme across multiple jurisdictions.
• Handle data subject rights requests, draft DPAs, privacy notices, and consent mechanisms.
• Conduct DPIAs for new products, services, technologies, and M&A.
• Advise cross-functional teams on privacy-by-design, AI implementations, and product design.
• Monitor regulatory developments, support incident response, training, and due diligence.
• Liaise with regional legal teams and country managers for coordinated compliance.

Requirements

• Law degree with 2–3 years of experience in financial services, fintech, crypto, regulatory affairs, data protection, or information law.
• Interest in product, AI, privacy, crypto, and financial innovation across LatAm.
• Proficient in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple deadlines across jurisdictions.
• Self-starter thriving in remote-first, fast-paced environments.
