What you will do

• Lead design and development of advanced electrical components and high-voltage subsystems using 3D/2D models and wire harness schematics.
• Perform engineering calculations and tolerance stack-up analyses to meet performance, safety, and manufacturability targets.
• Support prototyping, assembly, and manufacturing trials with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Maintain BOMs, engineering drawings, and technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and participate in cross-functional technical reviews.
• Provide on-site support at vendor facilities and during testing or field events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of electrical design experience in High Voltage systems and wire harnesses.
• Experience in motorsports, automotive OEM, or aerospace preferred.
• Expert proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 or 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, perform tolerance stack-ups, and understand thermal management and power distribution.
• Willingness to travel for vendor visits, testing, and field support.
