What you will do

• Assemble and test battery systems and power electronic converters.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on electronic components to ensure quality and performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to refine designs and improve assembly processes.
• Conduct inspections to identify performance issues in electrical and electronic systems.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test results, modifications, and procedures.
• Provide technical support for the development of new power conversion products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building batteries and power electronic converters.
• Strong hands-on technical skills in power electronics and electronic component repair.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Associate's degree or technical diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a related field.
• Must be able to work on-site in Maryland, USA.
