Location: Remote (US), with geolocation differentials based on work location; notice for NYC or remote jobs associated with NYC office

Salary: $180,000 - $270,500 annual (US), plus equity, healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k); pay varies by location, skills, experience

What you will do

  • Own Community Fundraising strategy, translate company goals into executable roadmaps, and manage GDV, engagement, and activation targets.
  • Determine investments, experiments, and scaling across activation types based on ROI, brand risk, and capacity.
  • Partner with senior leaders in Product, Growth Marketing, Sales, CX, Partnerships, and GTM to align priorities and influence roadmaps.
  • Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, define roles, coach senior talent, and foster accountability and improvement.
  • Establish operational processes, manage budgets, ensure governance, and communicate impact to executives.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in marketplace strategy, growth, GTM, or platform-based businesses
  • Track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives with business impact
  • Understanding of digital and paid media strategy
  • Experience setting strategy in ambiguous environments
  • Effective people leader managing senior ICs/managers
  • Strong influencing skills with executives, data-driven decisions, clear communication
