Salary: $190,000 - $225,000 a year

What you will do

• Define brand translation into performance channels (UA, ASO, SEO, CRM, paid social) ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Lead insight-driven concepting, copy excellence, and messaging frameworks across ads, app stores, landing pages, and social.
• Develop performance creative strategies, testing roadmaps, and optimization based on data for UA, ASO, SEO.
• Oversee full creative production lifecycle including briefing, creator sourcing, and delivery at high volume.
• Build creative operations systems for intake, prioritization, resourcing, and efficiency improvements with AI integrations.
• Lead multidisciplinary team in copy, design, production; partner cross-functionally with Growth, Product Marketing, Brand.

Requirements

• 8+ years in creative roles spanning brand marketing and performance/growth
• Strong copy background leading messaging across multiple channels
• Deep experience in performance channels (UA, paid social, ASO, SEO/landing pages, CRM)
• Proven track record leading high-output teams and building scalable creative systems
• Strong production experience (UGC, creators, agencies, in-house)
• Highly organized systems-thinker; strong collaborator and presenter to executives
