Salary: $173,500–$211,900

What you will do

• Define the strategic vision for the public website as a core channel for marketing, acquisition, and education.
• Optimize site journeys and landing pages using CRO, A/B testing, and behavioral insights.
• Oversee content strategy, SEO, accessibility, and regulatory compliance across web channels.
• Leverage performance data to monitor funnel health and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional web marketing team focusing on content, CRO, and publishing.
• Collaborate with technology, analytics, and compliance teams to ensure efficient and compliant digital experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of applicable work experience in digital strategy.
• Minimum 5 years of people leader experience in a business environment.
• Must reside in WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA.
• Ability to travel to Tukwila, WA once per month for onsite work if based outside the state.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications, or equivalent experience.
