Director of Field Marketing: Lead and scale field marketing programs as the primary engine for brand awareness and pipeline generation with an accent on in-person and digital events, team management, and budget oversight. Focus on developing annual plans, owning flagship conferences like GCPC, optimizing webinar programs, and reporting on ROI through cross-functional collaboration.
Location: Remote-first role based in the U.S. Team members are expected to attend multiple company-wide and team-specific onsites throughout the year. Requires travel of 30%.

What you will do
- Develop and execute annual field marketing plan including hosted regional events, sponsored conferences, and persona-specific programming.
- Own GCPC flagship event: agenda, speakers, tracks, sponsors, logistics, and post-event roadshow.
- Oversee digital webinar program with 85β100+ sessions per year for prospects and partners.
- Manage and develop a team of three specialists in events, webinars, and logistics.
- Lead cross-functional syncs with Business Development, Demand Generation, and Partner Success to drive commercial opportunities.
- Own $1M+ budget, vendor relationships, and ROI reporting; oversee marketing tech like HubSpot.
Requirements
- 7+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation; 2+ years in people management.
- Strategic vision and hands-on execution in B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record managing six-figure+ event budgets and reporting pipeline impact/ROI.
- Strong cross-functional partnership with Sales, BD, and Customer Success.
- Comfort presenting to and building relationships with senior leaders.
- Thrive in fast-paced, remote-first environment with weekly events.
