What you will do

• Own and evolve the marketing operating model, including annual and quarterly planning and OKR tracking.
• Define scoping and prioritization frameworks to optimize budget, talent, and energy allocation.
• Align marketing roadmaps with company-wide priorities and manage cross-functional dependencies and risks.
• Forecast and manage capacity, volume, and tools for measuring impact and tracking progress.
• Lead and mentor the Marketing Operations team, including producers, project managers, and ops leads.
• Formalize vendor and agency management processes from scoping and onboarding to ongoing oversight.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, production, or program management.
• 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of leading go-to-market execution across brand, product, growth, and creative teams.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into actionable and scalable operational plans.
• Strong ability to balance execution speed with craft and refinement.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York, NY.
