What you will do

• Create new standards and update outdated transmission underground standards including potholes, riser structures, and pole head configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Structural or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5–7+ years of relevant experience at Engineer 3 level; minimal ramp-up needed with understanding of transmission components, electrical system behavior, and practical design.
• Design background; practical transmission design experience strongly preferred.
• AutoCAD experience preferred for modifying standards drawings.
