Location: Based in San Francisco or open to relocating (in-office 5 days/week)
Salary: $150K – $220K

What you will do
- Own and scale integration and ATS partnership ecosystem, managing 30+ partners and building deeper relationships
- Build and expand VC partnership program with 40+ VCs and accelerators
- Take ownership of and grow referral program
- Develop and lead community partnership program with HR and recruiting communities
- Own strategic one-off partnership opportunities
- Establish structure, systems, and long-term strategy for partnerships, partnering with leadership on success metrics
Requirements
- 2+ years in partnerships, venture capital, or similar role
- Based in San Francisco or open to relocating (in-office 5 days/week)
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and trust-building skills
- Excellent relationship-building instincts to create value for partners
- Comfort in ambiguity, building from scratch
- Strong communication, business judgment, prioritization
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, recruiting tech, or AI
- Experience building or scaling partnership programs from early stages
