What you will do

• Build detailed 3D life safety system models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with architects and multidisciplinary engineers to coordinate industrial facility designs.
• Develop design packages integrating fire alarm detection, HPM leak detection, toxic gas management, and security/intrusion systems.
• Resolve industrial-scale BIM coordination challenges and ensure layouts are execution-ready.
• Serve as a technical anchor for the drafting team and maintain high BIM delivery standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of dedicated systems design experience in industrial environments.
• High proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 72, NFPA 101, and IBC/IFC.
• Familiarity with fire and life safety hardware and current manufacturer equipment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with in-person collaboration in Austin, Texas.

Nice to have

• Autodesk Certified Professional credential or equivalent certification.
