What you will do

• Lead electrical engineering for large-scale decarbonization and resiliency projects, including campus utility master planning.
• Oversee design calculations, drawings, and specs for HV/MV substations, power generation, and microgrids.
• Provide technical advisory and due diligence across project lifecycles as Owner’s Engineer.
• Perform advanced power systems modeling using SKM Power Tools and ETAP for stability and protection.
• Mentor junior to mid-level engineers and foster technical excellence.
• Collaborate on business development, proposals, and cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electrical Power Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required (or ability to obtain within 12 months).
• Minimum 8 years professional experience in Electrical Engineering, majority in Utility, Power, or Renewables.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks.
• Deep knowledge of power systems (SCADA, Protection & Control, Energy Storage) and renewables (Wind, Solar, Hydro, Geothermal).
• US Citizenship required.
