Site Resident Engineer (Construction)

Location: Bowling Green, Ohio, United States; onsite construction-site role. A relocation package and travel allowance are available when applicable.

Salary: $160,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee technical aspects of construction projects across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
• Conduct BIM reviews to verify the accuracy and quality of construction plans.
• Use Procore and Bluebeam for project management and document control.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and construction professionals to expedite design decisions and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor construction work for compliance with specifications, quality standards, and OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 requirements.
• Prepare and present technical reports on construction progress and project issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar construction-industry role.
• Experience expediting design decisions across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
• Proficiency in BIM reviews, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
