What you will do

• Identify and deploy AI/automation use cases across HR tech stack, including LLM-assisted data validation, document generation, and employee tools.
• Design scalable Core HCM configurations in Workday, ensuring downstream impact on Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and integrations.
• Lead M&A integrations, new entity builds, data migrations, and cross-functional projects from requirements to deployment.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions, triage integrations, and drive roadmap proactively.
• Mentor team on configurations, data models, and AI tools while sharing reusable assets.

Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on Workday HCM configuration in complex global tenants
• Demonstrated AI fluency with specific tools like Workato, Claude, GPT integrated into real workflows
• Proven delivery in M&A, entity builds, or restructurings owning technical workstreams
• Deep knowledge of Workday data model, security, processes, and integrations (EIBs, Studio, APIs)
• Strong documentation, strategic mindset, and stakeholder communication skills
