What you will do

• Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect Salesforce solutions and adjacent technologies.
• Develop holistic views of CRM processes and user personas for compatibility with upstream/downstream systems.
• Own end-to-end projects to enhance Go-To-Market leverage of Salesforce, Salesloft, DataCloud, and ETL tools.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions balancing diverse stakeholder priorities.
• Conduct requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and partner with 3rd-party vendors for feature implementations.

Requirements

• 4-8 years experience with Salesforce implementation, support, and maintenance
• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Salesforce admin work and Sales Cloud/opportunity management experience
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and global team collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Developer 1 Certifications
• Experience with large user bases (2000+)
• Prior technical consulting
• Analytics, SOQL, SQL experience
• Partnering with third-party vendors
