What you will do

• Support cross-functional projects across Workday functional areas including Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Comp, and Talent & Performance.
• Capture business process requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within the system.
• Manage the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance by developing custom audits to maintain consistency between systems.
• Train end-users and People Team stakeholders on new or enhanced system functionality.
• Leverage automation tools to streamline workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a People Systems Analyst or similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of HRIS, payroll systems, ATS, and LMS.
• Understanding of HR-related processes, employment laws, and practices.
• Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange between third-party systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office.
